Restrictions
- Kids 7 and up can ride as copilot and must be 10 and up to drive a Side by Side.
- Any passenger needs to be at least 7 years old to ride on a Side by Side.
- Maximum age is 15 years old for the Kids Side by Side Tour in Cabo San Lucas.

- NOTE: If the optional insurance is not purchased, a Visa or Master Card would need to be left as an open voucher in the event of any damage.
- Transportation
- If you book your Kids Side by Side tour less than 12 hours before the start of the tour, we may not be able to provide transportation and you must arrive at the location on your own. Please call us to confirm that we are able to pick you up.
- We will email/contact you regarding the pickup time. The Pick up time is normally 30 minutes to 1 hour before the start of your tour, depending on your location.
- Pay Deposit To Reserve
- Pay Balance in Full at Time of Arrival. Balance can be paid with Credit Card/Dollars/Pesos.

Cancellation Policy – Kids Side by Side Tour | Cabo San Lucas All cancellations for the Kids Side by Side Tour in Cabo San Lucas made at least 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 24 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund. All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to info@funcabo.com. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour cannot be refunded. No-shows are also non-refundable.
In the rare event that it is not safe to do the Kids Side by Side tour in Cabo San Lucas, a full refund will be given.
We are unable to issue a refund for a no-show to you Kids Side by Side tour under any circumstances.
If you are late for your Kids Side By Side tour pick-up time and the driver leaves without you, we are unable to refund, however we will do all in our effort to accommodate you at the next tour available, this will have an extra $20 USD charge per person for re-booking.
You can change any of our Kids Side By Side tours 24 hours or more before the tour begins. Changes can be made without a fee or penalty. All changes are subject to availability.
We are unable to issue a refund after the Kids Side By Side tour is done under any circumstances.
Not at all. We provide the round trip transportation to your Kids Side By Side tour in Cabo San Lucas. All our vans are brand-new and each of them fit 14 passengers. We also have a Minibus that fits 28 passengers. We will email you with the time of your pickup.
Cactus Kids Club is available for babies 6 months to 12 years old and offers specific activities for each age, such as cake and cookie decorating, ceramic painting, board games, ipads, video games (Xbox), movie theater, nap area and much more. Our babysitters are fully trained and certified in CPR
Yes, the Kids Side By Side tour does not cover any alcoholic drinks, souvenirs, photos and gratuity. You need to bring cash, there are no ATMs nearby.
