All cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Any cancellations made 24 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund. All cancellations must be emailed to info@funcabo.com. Any cancellation under 24 hours in advance cannot be refunded. No shows are also non-refundable.

In the rare event that it is not safe to do the tour, a full refund will be given.

Not at all. We provide the round trip transportation. All our vans are brand-new and each of them fit 14 passengers. We also have a Minibus that fits 28 passengers. We will email you with the time of your pickup.

If you are late for your pick-up time and the driver leaves without you, we are unable to refund, however we will do all in our effort to accommodate you at the next tour available, this will have an extra $20 USD charge per person for re-booking.

You can change any of our tours 24 hours or more before the tour begins. Changes can be made without a fee or penalty. All changes are subject to availability.

Yes, the tour does not cover any alcoholic drinks, souvenirs, photos and gratuity. You need to bring cash, there are no ATMs nearby.

Do not wear good clothes, you will get dirty. Long pants and closed-toe shoes are recommended. If the weather is cold, bring a jacket.
